Thank you for your interest in the activities of the Chair East Asian Economy and Society at the Department of East Asian Studies, University of Vienna. We welcome enquires from prospective students, as well as requests for press interviews, research cooperation, lecturer exchanges, and enquires from all those with an interest in East Asia's economy, politics and society. Since October 2008, we have offered a Masters program in East Asian Economy and Society, as well as a PhD (download the MA-curriculum). We organize regular events such as lectures given by distinguished experts, which are listed in the news section.
